VAT after the Brexit

Intrastat returns will be more complex after the Brexit. I was thinking of starting a new company in the UK to sell all kinds of e-bikes. Now with the outcome of the Brexit referendum I am doubting what to do. Actually I want to travel around the world and ship from a warehouse close to London. The outcome of the referendum is giving me second toughts...
